It can make all the diffrance finding the right teacher. It's an idea to speak to a few and see if they will teach in the way you are looking for. Please understand CY Music does not vet or check any credentials (including CRB) of the teachers listed. It is up to you to make sure your happy with what they offer and who they are.Having the best equipment will not get you anywhere until you can learn to play it. Here you will find loads of local independent teachers who have some spaces to teach. We covor the area of Winchseter, Chandlers Ford, Andover, Eastleigh, Stockbridge, Tyford, Alresford and all the other surounding villages.
There are teachers for all the main instruments as well as pre-school music and recording. As new teachers come into the area or fully booked ones get spaces the web site is updated so if you can't see what your looking for now check back later.
On the each page you will find where the teacher is located and other information such as the exam boards used, price, style of teaching and any age or grade restrictions they may have. We hope you find just the right teacher and enjoy music for a long time to come.

Having trouble fitting in lessons?
If you are finding it hard to fit lesson in with everything else all is not lost. Although having a teacher to, set you goals and show you where you may be going wrong is great, it's not always easy to fit in to the hectic day to day life we lead.
There are loads of excellent tutor books, DVD's and in some cases computer software with which teach yourself. We carry a comprehensive range and would be happy to talk you through the ones that might best suite you.
