About our On-Line Shopping experience   

    We aim to make your on-line shopping with us as easy and save as possible. To make this possible we use some of the best recognized shopping packages available, our shopping cart is run by Roman Cart & we can accept payment through Goggle Checkout or Pay Pal and we can also receive bank transfer or cheques.

    Our On-line shop is run as a different operation to the retail site in Winchester, please note that deals on-line can differ to those in store and can not be matched by the other also any enquirers regarding an on-line order must be made via the phone or E-mail as mail order details can not be accessed on the shop floor. All pages related to the on-line shop will have the "On Line shopping" title in yellow as seen above.

Post & Packing Charges

    Our charges for post & packing are as follows.

        For orders Between £1.00 and £10.00  -  £2.25 P&P
        Between £10.01 and £24.99                -  £3.25 P&P
        Between £25.00 and £39.99                -  £5.00 P&P
        £40.00 and upward                             -  £10.00 P&P

When will I get my goods

    If the goods you order are in stock we will send them within 5 working days. If they are currently out of stock we will notify you by E-mail with an expected delivery time. As a guide we expect this to be within 21 days, during this time you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Returns & faulty Goods

    All distance selling has a 7 working day "cooling off" period during which time the goods can be returned at the customers expense, for a full refund.

    Please note not all items are covered by the 7 day "cooling off" time. This items include anything that come in contact with your mouth or inner ears due to health & safety.

    After this time we will offer a repair or replacement of any goods developing a fault up to 1 year old. This does not cover items that have been misused or damaged by accident. It also does not cover items such as reeds & strings that have a undetermined usable life. Returning items is at the customers expense & due care must be taken, any damage caused in returning the goods will be at the customers expense.

    If you do need to return any goods to us we ask you wrap the item in a protective layer to attach any labels etc to avoid damage.
