We aim to make our postage charges fair and completely open.
All postage charges are added on your shopping basket before you have to enter any payment or address details so you will know exactly what you will be charged up front. These charges include all postage costs, handling, packing costs and gateway fees there is nothing added later in the process.
Most of our small orders (guitar picks, straps etc) are sent using royal mail 2nd Class post. If you need it in a hurry please phone us to see if we can send it out by 1st class. For larger orders they are sent using UPS or a similar courier the services can vary from next day to 3 day depending on location, time the order is placed and a few other factors.
We aim to send out orders on the same or following day depending on the time it is received but please allow 7 days before contacting us.
To keep environmental impact to a minimum we will often send items in pre-used packing and try not to over pack items in anything more than they need to arrive in pristine condition.

The company used for postage will vary depending on size and value. Usually smaller orders will arrive via Royal mail. We also use UPS, DHL and Fastway for larger items.
We aim to send out orders on the same or following day depending on th time it is received but please allow 7 days before contacting us. If your order is being sent by a traceable means with either DHL or UPS we will supply the tracking number to you.
