All postage charges are added on your shopping basket before have to enter any payment or address details so you will know exactly what you will be charged up front. These charges include all postage costs, handling and packing costs - there is nothing added later in the process.

The company used for postage will vary depending on size and value. Usually smaller orders will arrive via Royal mail. We also use UPS, DHL and Fastway for larger items.
We aim to send out orders on the same or following day depending on th time it is received but please allow 7 days before contacting us. If your order is being sent by a traceable means with either DHL or UPS we will supply the tracking number to you.
