Our pleage to be better than the rest
We aim to make our on-line shopping experience as easy and
helpful as shopping in our high street shop. So here is our pledge
to you.
If it's on our site it's in stock
We will not list items on our site that we do not stock and are not ready to send. We aim
to take any items that go out of stock off of the site within 24 hours.
If we get simultaneous orders for items that reduce the stock to zero
we will contact you with a delivery date and details on how you can
cancel the order if you wish to. So far we have only ever failed to
complete 2 orders from stock (upto July 2010).
The price is the price
We do not hide or mask any costs. The price on the product is the full
price including any tax and VAT, postage is added at the basket and
can be seen beforehand on the postage information page. Also the total
cost on the basket can be seen before entering any address or payment
details.
Safe and secure
Internet security is on everyone's mind, and we are no different. To
make
your transaction as safe as we can we use recognized companys to
provide our payment service. First we use Roman Cart to run our
shopping basket. This has full security systems in place
(depending
on
your browser settings you might get a message regarding accessing an
unsecured site when going to the basket, this is because the CY Music
logo is hosted at a different location to the basket and it has to get
the image from there). For payments we use both
Pay Pal and
Google Checkout or if you prefer you can send a cheque.
Returns & faulty goods
All distance selling has a 7 working day "cooling off" period during
which time the goods can be returned at the customers expense for a
full refund.
Please note, not all items are covered by the 7 day "cooling off" time.
These items include anything that come in contact with your mouth or
inner ears due to health & safety.
After this time we will offer a repair or replacement of any goods
developing a fault up to 1 year old. This does not cover items that
have been misused or damaged by accident. It also does not cover items
such as reeds & strings that have a undetermined usable life.
Returning items is at the customers expense & due care must be
taken. Any damage caused in returning the goods will be at the
customers expense.
If you do need to return any goods to us we ask you wrap the item in a
protective layer to attach any labels etc to avoid damage.
